The rubber joint is generally composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer (the reinforcement layer has multiple layers of rubber scraping nylon cord cloth), a middle rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, and a reinforced metal ring or steel wire ring at the end. After being vulcanized at high temperature and high pressure, the rubber joint is combined with a metal flange or a parallel joint loose sleeve. This product makes use of the advantages of rubber, such as high elasticity, high gas resistance, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and can compensate the thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature change.
