Braided hose refers to the product that is braided with a layer of stainless steel wire outside the stainless steel hose or rubber hose. It is mainly used for electrical circuit protection and pipe connectors such as household faucets, closestool and shower.
The braided hose can generally be divided into single ended tube, braided tube and shower tube according to the above functions. The braided hose can be divided into low, medium and high grade according to the production process. The low-grade braided hose is made of aluminum wire, iron nut, zinc alloy inner core and rubber inner tube with smaller wire diameter at the lower end. The product with this configuration has a certain price advantage, but it is of the lowest grade, and is prone to water leakage, oxidation and other problems. The medium grade braided pipe is mainly made of 304 steel wire, EPDM material and all copper fittings. The applicable period is generally more than 5 years. High end braided hoses have specific applications, such as braided hoses for water purifiers. It is generally required that the mid-range configuration shall prevail. Common configurations include 304 stainless steel wire, food grade silicone inner tube, food grade PEX-B inner tube, 58-3 all copper fittings, silicone gasket, etc.
