Installation method of rubber joint
1. During the installation of rubber joint, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the displacement limit
2. Rubber joints shall be installed horizontally, suspended and vertically on the ground above 1.0Mpa. Both ends of the pipeline shall be provided with fixed supports or fixed brackets to prevent pulling off or damaging the facilities.
3. The force of the fixed support or fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force of the work, or the anti-pulling device should be installed.
4. The corresponding flange of the flexible synthetic rubber joint shall be installed according to the standard GB/T9115.1 (RF) flange (i.e., small-diameter flange) to prevent the size of the flange D2 and do from being too narrow and causing water leakage on the sealing surface.
5. When installing the flange bolts of flexible synthetic rubber joint, the bolts shall be tightened symmetrically and gradually to prevent local leakage or damage to the sealing surface of flexible synthetic rubber joint under pressure.
6. When the working pressure is above 1.0MPa, the rubber joint is used vertically and in the air, and the installation bolts should be equipped with elastic pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during the work, causing local water leakage and seepage.
7. Vertical installation, flexible synthetic rubber joint shall have fixed support, and rubber joint shall not be under heavy pressure
