Rubber expansion joint is also called rubber flexible joint, flexible rubber joint, flexible rubber joint and rubber shock absorber. It is mainly composed of tubular rubber parts composed of inner and outer rubber layers, cord layers and steel wire beads, which are vulcanized at high temperature and high pressure and then combined with metal flange loose sleeves.
Scope of application: It is widely used in fire protection, chemical, valve and other pipeline systems to reduce earthquake and noise and absorb displacement generated during pipeline operation.
Rubber expansion joints are especially suitable for the connection of pumps and valves, pipelines with large vibration, and pipelines with frequent changes in cold and heat due to their good comprehensive performance. It is also commonly used in sea water, fresh water, cold and hot water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, product oil, air, gas, steam and particle powder fields.
