Product Description

The stainless steel corrugated compensator is a flexible structure set on the container shell or pipeline to compensate for the additional stress caused by temperature difference and mechanical vibration.
The transverse ripple compensator with large tie rod is used to compensate the transverse displacement of curved pipeline.
Ripple compensator is a kind of compensation device, which uses the effective expansion deformation of elastic element of ripple compensator to absorb the dimensional change of pipeline, conduit or container caused by expansion with heat and contraction with cold. It can absorb axial, transverse and angular displacements.

Advantage:
1. Reduce project cost
    According to the calculations of the relevant departments, under normal circumstances, the polyurethane thermal insulation        steel pipe can reduce the project cost by about 25% (using glass fiber reinforced plastic as the protective layer) and 10%            (using high-density polyethylene as the protective layer).
2. Low heat loss and energy saving
    The thermal conductivity of polyurethane is: λ=0.013-0.03kcal/m·h·oC, which is much lower than other commonly used            pipe insulation materials in the past, and the insulation effect is increased by 4 to 9 times.
3. Anti-corrosion, good insulation performance and long service life
   Since the polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer is tightly bonded to the outer skin of the steel pipe, the infiltration of air         and water is isolated, and it can play a good anti-corrosion effect. At the same time, its foam cells are closed, and the water         absorption is very small.
