classification
1. Butt-welding olets are the most common branch connectors. Its end is made into a groove and connected with the straight pipe by butt welding, so it is considered as a butt welding pipe. The design of butt-welded branch pipe platform minimizes stress concentration and provides overall reinforcement. Butt-welding branch pipe supports have three pressure classes: STD, XS and Sch160.
2. The base of socket-branch is the same as that of butt-welding branch, but its branch connection is connected by socket-welding. There are 3000 # and 6000 # pressure classes for socket-outlet.
3. The base of the threaded branch pipe platform is the same as that of the butt-welded branch pipe platform, but its branch connection adopts threaded connection and does not need to be welded. There are two pressure classes of 3000 # and 6000 # for threaded branch pipe.
4. Mitered branch pipe is used for 45 ° branch. Butt welding, socket welding and thread connection can be adopted for connection with branch pipe.
5. Elbow olets are used to provide branch connections on long radius elbows or short radius elbows. Butt welding, socket welding and thread connection can be adopted for connection with branch pipe.
6. Spoolets are often used for valve installation and exhaust. There are two grades of thickness, XS and XXS, and the length is from 3.1/2 inch to 6.1/2 inch. The end is socket or external thread.
7. The shape of embedded pipe base is wavy, and it is reinforced as a whole. Butt-welding connection with branch pipe is commonly used for low-pressure pipeline.
