Product Description

 The shape of metallic compensator can be circular, rectangular and bellow-form. There are 98   specifications(300×400~6000×5000) of rectangular metallic compensator by their different DN, and the rectangular metal compensators has many types such as single-wave metallic compensator, double-wave metallic compensator, three-wave metallic compensator, etc. (each type has 98 specifications).
Rectangular rubber compensator is a new material, which is used for marine fan, pipe fan, boiler fan, air conditioning fan, smoke exhaust fan and roof fan.

Product features:
1. The product can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and different centrality of various pipelines.
2. It can be made into acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, oil resistant, heat resistant and other varieties according to different materials, and can adapt to various media and environments.
3. The material is polar rubber, with good sealing performance, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life. However, contact with sharp metal instruments should be avoided to avoid piercing the sphere.
4. If it is used overhead, it can be equipped with elastic support, and the bolts shall be tightened by diagonal method during installation.
5. If the pipeline pressure is too high, use limit bolts to connect the flanges at both ends.
