Flange, also known as flange plate or flange. Flanges are parts connecting shafts, which are used to connect pipe ends; It is also used for flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment, which are used for connection between two equipment, such as reducer flange. Flange connection or flange joint refers to the detachable connection of flange, gasket and bolt as a group of combined sealing structures. Anchoring flange is an engineering component, which can be replaced by a short pipe with a thrust ring or a wall bushing where the pressure is low. For the connection of fixed pipes that are required to be buried underground or not maintained for life, and where the pressure is high, conventional flanges can not ensure the safe and reliable operation of high-pressure pipes. The utility model relates to an axisymmetric torus with a flange, wherein both sides of the flange are symmetrical flange necks, the ends of the two flange necks are welded with the ends of the pipes respectively, and are embedded in the anchor piles. Because the two flanges connected by bolts in the prior art are combined together, the sealing gasket is removed, and an integral flange is made, which is connected with the pipeline by welding, and is fixed with the anchor pile by its flange and flange body, so it can be used to fix the connection of the pipeline. It is more suitable for the fixed connection of many process stations and line valve chambers in the pipeline system of China's "West East Gas Transmission Project" |

The Anchor flange is a one-piece combination reducer and welding neck flange designed expressly for effecting pipe size increases at flanged connections to pumps, valves, compressors and other equipment. It provides a more compact, more efficient and frequently a more economical means than is permitted by the conventional two-piece combination of a concentric reducer and welding neck flange. |

Anchor flanges are used to restrain pipeline movement caused by thermal expansion changes or external forces. The most common method of securing an anchor flange is to embed it into a concrete thrust block, thereby spreading the pipeline forces throughout a large foundation. However, anchor flanges can be secured in other ways as necessary to overcome the axial force in the pipeline. |
