The density of high-silicon aluminum alloy is between 2.4 and 2.7 g/cm³, and the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) is between 7 and 20ppm/ºC. Increasing the silicon content can significantly reduce the density and thermal expansion coefficient of the alloy material. With, high silicon aluminum alloy has good thermal conductivity performance, high specific strength and stiffness, with gold, silver, copper, nickel plating performance is good, and the base material can be welded, easy to precision machining, such as superior performance, is a kind of application prospect of electronic packaging materials, especially in the aviation, space technology and high-tech areas like portable electronic devices.
