Product Description

Elbow is a kind of connecting pipe fitting commonly used in pipeline system. It is used to connect the pipe at the end and change the direction of the pipe.
In a piping system, According to the angle, there are three most commonly used types: 45 ° and 90 ° 180 °. In addition, 60 ° and other abnormal angle elbows are also included according to the needs of the project. The materials of elbows include  stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel.

The connection methods with pipes include: direct welding (the most commonly used method) flange connection. According to the production process, it can be divided into: welding elbow, stamping elbow, push elbow,  butt welding elbow.

Bending radius less than or equal to 1.5 times of pipe diameter belongs to elbow, and bending radius greater than 1.5 times of pipe diameter belongs to bend.

BW elbows are commonly used in pipeline installation, connecting two pipes with the same or different nominal diameters to make the pipeline turn at a certain angle, and the nominal pressure is 1-1.6Mpa.
